Pima County AZ Radar Weather Map

The following images are current (see image date and time) radar maps of Southern Arizona, that include the towns of Marana, Oro Valley, Tucson, Sauhrita, and Green Valley. Both maps utilize Doppler reflectivity radar, and produce different images. Increases in doppler relectivity produce varying scales and colors on the images. On this first map, the higher the the air moisture level (levels above 0 on the intensity scale to the left), the more chance there is for rain to be currently falling. The intensity scales below zero indicate varying degrees of dry air.
