Answer: I know of two different computer situations that can cause this. The first is your connection to the internet. If you are using a dialup or a slower DSL or Cable connection, YouTube videos will display slowly. They will display for several seconds, and then the download speed to your computer will halt. If you stay connected to it, the video will restart again in a minute. If this does not remedy the situation, then it could be the amount of file space allowed for your internet temporary files. If there is not enough space for the YouTube video to completely download, then the video will stop permanently.
